Discovery Call / 20 min

A no-strings-attached phone call to learn about you, your needs, and the style of therapy you're interested in exploring. The purpose of this call is to ensure my scope of practice and therapeutic style fits for you.

$200 / Individual Session / 50 min

Individual sessions are provided in-person or via telehealth. We will identify the desired duration and frequency for services, main goals or issues, and best-suited approaches to ensure this experience fits for you.

$200 / Couples Session / 50 min

Couples sessions are provided in-person or via telehealth. We will identify the desired duration and frequency of services, main goals or issues, and best-suited approaches to ensure this experience fits for both partners in the relationship.

Payment is due at time of service

I am not currently working with insurance companies but will provide you with an out-of-network superbill upon request.

I am currently licensed in the state of Washington. Please specify in the contact menu if you reside outside of Washington and are interested in coaching services. All service rates apply.
